The problem
The stock number in the warehouse system, the one in the webshop and the one in the sales team's spreadsheet disagree. Every disagreement costs an oversell, a discount or an hour of reconciliation. Nobody wants a two-year replatform to fix it.
The solution
Connect starts with an audit of the systems and data you already have, then builds a mapping and integration layer between them. Wine identity is the join key — producer, cuvée, vintage, format — which is exactly what generic middleware gets wrong. Automation is added where the manual handoffs are.

Inside the product
Turn disconnected systems into one.
- Systems audit and data mapping
- Integration layer between existing tools
- Workflow automation
- One reliable source of truth
Capabilities
What it does.
01
Systems audit and data mapping
We document what each system holds, where records diverge and which one should own each field. You get a written map before any code is written.
02
Integration layer
A durable middle layer syncs stock, prices, customers and orders between ERP, CRM, warehouse and commerce, with retries and conflict rules. No brittle point-to-point scripts.
03
Wine identity resolution
Records from different systems are matched on producer, cuvée, vintage and format rather than fuzzy product names, so the same wine stops appearing as four different things.
04
Workflow automation
Replace the manual handoffs — re-keying orders, chasing stock confirmations, exporting reports — with monitored automations that report when they fail.
05
Observability
Every sync is logged, and mismatches surface as actionable exceptions rather than silent drift.
06
Incremental adoption
Connect works alongside your existing stack, so you can replace parts of it later on your own timeline — or never.
How it works
From your data to running operations.
- Step 1
Audit
Map systems, data ownership and the points where records diverge.
- Step 2
Connect
Build the integration layer and resolve wine identity across sources.
- Step 3
Automate
Remove the manual handoffs and add monitoring.
- Step 4
Operate
Run with one source of truth and visible exception handling.
Why wine-specific
Not adapted. Built for this.
Generic integration platforms join on SKU or product name. In wine those are unreliable: the same bottle appears as "Ch Lynch Bages 2016", "Lynch-Bages, Pauillac 2016 75cl" and a supplier code. Connect resolves on wine identity, which is why the numbers actually reconcile.
Integrations
Fits the stack you already run.
Connect is API-first and connects through Connect to the system categories below. Named platform integrations are confirmed during scoping.
- ERP
- CRM
- Warehouse management
- Webshop platforms
- Payments
- Accounting
- Spreadsheets & flat files
- Email-based offer flows
Use cases
How it shows up in practice.
Merchants
Stop overselling by keeping webshop and warehouse stock in genuine agreement.
Logistics
Expose warehouse events to client systems without building a bespoke API per client.
Hospitality
Keep venue-level lists, purchasing and stock in one reconciled view.
Proof
Running in a live wine business.
Connect runs inside Vinesia's own fine wine operation. Verified performance figures are published here once confirmed.
